Ryan Thresher
Co-Founder
With over two decades of experience in the construction Industry, Ryan grew up in Edmonton surrounded by real estate and business, buying his first house at 18 and learning renovations early.
After studying marketing and working with his dad, he moved to Kelowna for its lifestyle and opportunities to flip homes. While working on a rotational basis in the oil field, he renovated properties and later opened a water sports business at The Cove Lakeside Resort, teaching kids and building it with my wife for 6 years.
Advancing in the oil industry took him and his family to Pennsylvania before returning home, where he became a project manager. Realizing he could build his own future, he founded Renossance Construction and later co-founded Timber RidgeCraft.
Sean Urban
Co-Founder
Born and raised in the heart of the Okanagan, Sean brings more than 30 years of experience in skilled trades and construction to Timber Ridgecraft. With a background rooted in family orchards and cattle farms, Sean developed a hands-on work ethic early in life, and a rare ability to see the full picture, whether he's building, fixing, or designing.
A master carpenter by trade, Sean’s talents extend far beyond woodworking. His extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, paired with a keen eye for design and detail, makes him a trusted expert for projects that demand precision, functionality, and beauty. His ability to think analytically and execute flawlessly means no detail is overlooked, from the foundation to the finishing touches.
Sean is especially passionate about outdoor spaces, with landscaping design as one of his core specialties. He’s known for maximizing space, flow, and efficiency, always building with purpose and longevity in mind.
When he's not leading projects or guiding the Timber Ridgecraft team, Sean is most at home outdoors. Whether he's fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, or spending time with family, he brings the same passion for quality and craftsmanship to everything he does.

Bob Drunkemolle

With over 30 years of experience in construction, Bob brings deep expertise, leadership, and passion for building science to the Timber Ridge Craft team. Before settling in Kelowna in 2005, Bob led award-winning teams in Calgary and played a key role in delivering numerous high-quality builds across Western Canada.
Bob is known for his commitment to excellence and his drive to go the extra mile. He’s particularly passionate about the science behind great construction - from energy modeling to advanced building systems, and has produced educational content to help others better understand the “why” behind exceptional craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Bob is a certified scuba diving instructor and a dedicated fitness enthusiast who thrives on health, movement, and challenge. As the Project Lead for the Kelowna, West Kelowna, Big White, and Osoyoos region, Bob brings energy, precision, and a deep sense of pride to every project he takes on.
Dave Beeby
With over 25 years of experience in construction, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to the Timber Ridge Craft team. Originally from Vancouver, Dave has called Vernon home for the past five years and has spent the last three working as a project management lead.
Known for his attention to detail, organization, and drive for excellence, Dave ensures every project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. His approachable nature and strong communication skills make him a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his family, including his two kids, and taking advantage of everything the Okanagan has to offer — from boating and traveling to exploring the great outdoors. He’s deeply connected to the community and is thrilled to be leading Timber Ridge Craft’s Vernon, Enderby, Armstrong, Merritt, and Kamloops division.
Andrea
With over 4 years of dedicated bookkeeping experience and a total of 17 years managing accounts payable and receivable, Andrea is passionate about supporting strategic decision-making and streamlining financial processes. She thrives on problem-solving, data analysis, and implementing innovative solutions to improve procedures.
A proud single mom, Andrea balances her professional expertise with her commitment to her family and personal pursuits. She has called the Okanagan home for 14 years and enjoys a lively array of hobbies, including baseball, snowboarding, volleyball, and golfing.
An accomplished musician, Andrea played Royal Conservatory piano for a decade, reflecting her discipline and artistic spirit. She approaches her work with the same dedication, ensuring excellence in everything she does.
